The Toy Story sample is a demo version of Toy Story for the Sega Mega Drive. It was used in stores to advertise the game.
The demo features three playable levels: Inside the Claw Machine, Really Inside the Claw Machine, and The Claw. There is also an invisible time limit that ticks down once the game begins; when time is up, the game abruptly ends with a "Thanks for playing" message, followed by the game resetting. Completing all three levels or running out of lives will also end the game with the message.
