Summary
The notice in the center of the screen is covering up a "Save Account" (アカウントを保存) option that is checked by default. The internet where I am right now is too slow to properly run PSO2JP Cloud (normally I don't get Notice 22), so if anyone else out there has a better screenshot of this, feel free to replace it.
