A Ressha de Ikou MD (Ａ列車で行こうＭＤ) is an entry in Artdink's A Ressha de Ikou/Take the A Train series of railroad simulation games ported from some unknown versions that were released in 1989 and 1991 by Sega to the Sega Mega Drive in 1992. This version was not released outside Japan.
