Play locked levels in Practice mode

In the US version, if the player enters Practice mode and highlights any level that has yet to be unlocked in Normal mode, then presses the button to return to the character select screen and reselects their character, the locked level that was highlighted will now be unlocked.

Fixed in the European version. The level select cursor will return to Beginner 1 if a locked stage was highlighted before pressing the button.
