NextLEVEL is a Sega Mega-CD emulator for DOS, developed by Christian Fowler. It is purely experimental and doesn't run any games, though it will run the Mega-CD BIOS. Master System, Game Gear and 32X emulation was planned, but apparently never released.[1]
