Dreamcast US charts

This task is unfinished This is a wiki task that requires more thought or peer review. An important issue that needs to be solved, which will appear at the top of Sega Retro:Todo until this message is removed.

This and the Japanese charts need templating, and Template:SalesChart might have to change to accommodate more information.

Unit sales is a different area and can also be (semi) automated. I had assumed it would be easier to manually add sales data to Template:SalesTable instances in Reception sub-pages, but in reality we need to support both that, and sales data coming from these new charts.

So both add a row to a "sales" database table, and all are recalled, in order, when the SalesTable template is used.

I have no idea if those last two sentences are legible. Anyway this task is a faff and I don't know how to do it elegantly - I would vote that we don't need release date and publisher details here though. -Black Squirrel (talk) 08:17, 31 July 2021 (EDT)
