TAD Corporation (株式会社ティエィディ) was a Japanese video game developer which primarily specialized in arcade titles, most notably the 1988 shooting gallery game Cabal, and the 1989 action platform game JuJu Densetsu (known in the West as Toki.)

The name TAD is an acronym for the name of the company's founder, Tadashi Yokoyama.[1]
