Mutant League Basketball is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive comedy horror basketball game developed by Mutant Productions and scheduled to be published by Electronic Arts sometime around 1995. The third title in the company's Mutant League series (following 1993's Mutant League Football and 1994's Mutant League Hockey), it was teased at the end of Mutant League Hockey, but was never officially announced, and ultimately left unreleased.
While Mutant League Basketball never saw the light of day, basketball was one of various sports featured in the 1994 animated television series spin-off Mutant League.
