Surfer (サーファー) is (presumably) an electro-mechanical arcade machine produced by Sega. The machine dispensed packs of Milky®, a popular brand of condensed milk candy[1] manufactured by Japanese confectionery company Fujiya Co. Ltd. since 1951[2].
