The Tokyo Observer (東京オブザーバー), was a weekly Japanese newspaper published from February 12, 1967 to March 1, 1970, founded by Japan's longtime journalist Minoru Omori[1][2][3][4][5] (大森実, Omori Minoru), president and founder of the Omori Research Institute of International Relations of Tokyo and initiator of the five offshore culture exchange seminars titled Pacific University held between 1968 and 1969 in Japan.
