Alone in the Dark is an unreleased survival horror game for the Sega 32X. It was announced by Interplay at CES 1995[2], but was scrapped for unknown reasons.

Only three screenshots are thought to have been officially released of the 32X Alone in the Dark, depicting a game similar to the 1992 IBM PC game Alone in the Dark, but with noticeably different layouts. Some publications referred to the game as Alone in the Dark 2 (not to be confused with the Sega Saturn game) possibly to distinguish it from the original release, though it is not thought Interplay used this title officially.

Some retailers appear to suggest development moved to the Sega Mega-CD 32X[3] before cancellation. It is not known if plans were in place to release the game outside of North America, as Interplay had not secured European distribution rights[4].
