The Yakyuuken Special: Konya wa 12-kaisen (THE野球拳スペシャル ~今夜は12回戦~) is a Sega Saturn adult Yakyuken (rock paper scissors) game developed and published by Societa Daikanyama. An expanded port of the company's titular 1994 3DO Interactive Multiplayer game The Yakyuu Ken Special: Konya wa 8-kaisen (THE野球拳スペシャル ~今夜は8回戦~), it was released exclusively in Japan in July 1995.

Gameplay
Despite the game's title indicating a possibly baseball theme, The Yakyuuken Special: Konya wa 12-kaisen is in fact a strip Yakyuken game where the objective is to remove the opponents clothes through successfully winning Yakyuken matches.
chooses rock, chooses scissors and chooses paper. With each win, the opponent removes some of their clothing, but if the player loses five times, the game is over and must be restarted. Pressing + skips the matches' video interstitials.
Versions
Compared to the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer original, the Sega Saturn port features an additional four exclusively opponents and the videos are in fullscreen.
It doesn't have a Sega rating; a small warning saying the game is only for adults is placed at the top right corner of the front cover (Sega of Japan's master list gives it an X).
Legacy
The Yakyuuken Special: Konya wa 12-kaisen received a difficulty-reduced unlicensed PlayStation port by an unknown developer in an unknown year.
