Escapipe sequence breaks

Phantasy Star III has various sequence breaks that can be performed using an Escapipe, many of which will prevent story progression.

Escape the dungeon as Rhys

<div class="bobtransform" style="transform:scale(1,Expression error: Unexpected < operator.); transform-origin:0% 0%; !important;"> <div style="width:320px; height:Expression error: Unexpected < operator.px;"> 320px

Starting a new game as Rhys, the player should head for the nearest shop, sell Rhys' boots and buy an Escapipe, then continue the story as normal until Rhys is thrown into the dungeon. Instead of opening the chests to advance the story, the player should use their Escapipe. This will teleport the player out of the cell and back to the entrance of the dungeon.

After doing so, the story progression will be thrown out of wack, as many NPCs will still act as if Rhys is yet to marry Maia, NPCs normally inaccessible cannot be interacted with, and Maia will reappear in Rhys' room, however talking to her will not trigger her event again. The developers apparently knew about this sequence break, and programmed an error message displayed when the player talks to the king[1].
