F-16 Fighter, known as F-16 Fighting Falcon (F-16 ファイティングファルコン) in Japan, is a 3D shoot-'em-up originally released by Nexa in arcades, and ported to the Sega Master System by Sega in 1985. It was initially released on a Sega Card before a cartridge version appeared in Europe.
The game runs in the graphics mode intended for SG-1000 backwards-compatibility, and is therefore incompatible with a Sega Mega Drive with Power Base Converter.
