PF Magic, Inc. was an American computer software company and video game developer most known for their spherical sprite-based rendering system used in games like Ballz 3D: The Battle of the Balls, and for their popular line of Petz virtual desktop companions.

PF Magic was acquired by The Learning Company in May 1998[2], becoming part of Mindscape.
