DIC Entertainment, also known as DIC Animation City, was an international film and television production company most known for animating a number of popular American cartoon series during the 1980s and 1990s. The company has also licensed its various properties to video game developers like Sega for the production of tie-in merchandise.

Company
On June 20, 2008, DIC was acquired by and later folded into Cookie Jar Group. As of 2023, most of the DIC library is currently owned by WildBrain (formerly DHX Media) after the company acquired Cookie Jar on October 22, 2012.
