Hellfire Run is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive game developed by John Van Ryzin of Panoramic Software. Planned for release along an identical Super Nintendo version sometime around late 1994, it was ultimately never published.[1]
History
When interviewed in 1994, John Van Ryzin stated that development on his new original name, revealed to be Hellfire Run, was almost complete.[1] While nothing was heard of the game after this, the project was later moved to IBM PCs under the new name of Hellfire Zone[2] and commercially released the following year.
