The Game Gear Car Antenna is an accessory for the Sega Game Gear and was released exclusively in Japan.
At the present moment in time it is unknown exactly why the Game Gear Car Antenna was created and what purpose it has. It presumably attaches to a car to boost the signal of the Game Gear TV Tuner. As the TV Tuner is no longer usable thanks to the switch to digital television, the Game Gear Car Antenna presumably has no use either.
