Hisato Fukumoto (福本 久人) is a Japanese artist previously employed at Sega. According to MobyGames[2], 7LY Big King is one of his other names. While at Sega he was an abstract artist and would display his art at many exhibits, which he has continued to do since leaving the company[1]. He has won awards for his work and had it display in the United States, South Korea and Taiwan[3].
