Unfinished translations
The NTSC-U version only has partial translations for French, German, Spanish and Italian. Set the language to one of any of these in the BIOS, and some strings will appear as placeholders. The frame rate on these menus also drops when running with these settings.
The PAL version features full translations.
Fixed in PAL version.
