Kenji Togami (砥上 謙治) is a Japanese video game programmer. After graduating from university in 1989, he started his career at Sega Enterprises. His only work at Sega is a Virtua Fighter-related data processing innovation from 1995[3]. He left to work for Konami Digital Entertainment the year therafter, where he programmed games like Winning Spike[4] and Beatmania Core Remix[5].
