Start new games with weapons

Load a saved game with any number of stages already cleared, and upon reaching the title screen of any of the three games press twice to return to the file select screen, then start a new game on a blank file. This will start the game with all of the weapons acquired on the previous save file available from the beginning.

For example, in the screenshot above, a save file with Metal Man already defeated had been previously loaded, and through this bug a new game of Mega Man 2 has been started with Metal Blade available from the beginning, allowing the player to use it in Metal Man's stage when they shouldn't.
