Angel Co., Ltd. (株式会社エンジェル), formerly known as Angel Time., was a Japanese video game developer, publisher, and subsidiary of Bandai which specialized in the production of Sailor Moon games. In 1997, Angel and B-AI were merged together to become Megahouse.

In March 1996, Angel was acquired by Japanese toy manufacturer Bandai.
On March 1, 1997, Angel and fellow Bandai-owned developer B-AI were merged together to become Megahouse, formed with the intent of developing software for Bandai's handheld video game system, the Bandai WonderSwan.
