Sega Enterprises Ltd yesterday launched Sega Channel in London as an interactive cable channel offering video games on demand, which will be distributed by cable and satellite operator Flextech Plc. It will enable subscribers to download and play up to 25 games for 10 British pounds a month. The developers of Sega Channel, Sega of America, Tele-Communications Inc and Time Warner Inc expect the new channel to boost the sales of video games.
