Special Dreamcast Models

Resident Evil consoles: It’s been awhile and my memory has always been miserable, but I remember something about Claire being sold through Dreamcast DIRECT and S.T.A.R.S. given away through a contest. That was the way to know which ones you’d end up with, the same box thing that prowls on most sites was advice someone gave when buying them off Ebay or something years later and just got spread out like most of the information on these models (swatch model is a mod, not legitimate). Unfortunately, I can’t locate the links or info anymore and I might be mistaking it for the Maziora edition so it’s better not to include it. Does anyone remember this or has any information?
Unless they’re given by Sega and as such official, I’ve found many different dates for the following: sakura – 28-12-2000, pureblack – 13-07-2000, sports pack – 09-09-2000. The dates on this article are the ones from www.japan-games.com.
Sports Pack – I have the information that they have a different model number from the original MK-50015 instead of 50000. Can anyone with one confirm this? Both box and underside of the console?
Milka Dreamcast – This is PAL Dreamcast with just an optional sticker (10 were "made". I don’t think it should be included BUT there is a demo associated with it so it's up to debate.
The partners console was unknown for a long time, or better people knew it but had just one as an example. It was dedicated to K. Sugiora so for that reason, it was known for that name but that's not the name of the console. Memory is fuzzy, feel free to correct.
