Victor Interactive Software (ビクターインタラクティブソフトウェア) (VIS) was a company formed after Pack-In-Video and the video game division of Victor Entertainment merged in October 1996. VIS was the corporate entity and responsible for publishing games, however the two development sides continued to trade with their own brands, Pack-In-Soft and Victor Soft, respectively.
On 31st March, 2003 Victor Interactive Software was purchased by Marvelous Entertainment, becoming a subsidiary with a new name; Marvelous Interactive, Inc. (株式会社マーベラスインタラクティブ). This subsidiary continued to exist until April 2007, when it was absorbed by the parent company.
