Blast Track is an unreleased Sega Saturn game in development by or through Sega of America around 1994.[1]

History

When Sega Technical Institute designer and artist Michael Kosaka created his May 1994 design script for the 32X game Sonic Mars, he created a brief list of upcoming first-party Sega games. Alongside the unreleased Sonic 3+ and Sonic Stadium is an entry for a game called Blast Track. Aside from indicating that the game is in development at Sega of America for the Sega Saturn, no further information is given. Curiously, the game appears in a list consisting solely of Sonic the Hedgehog games, opening up the possibility that Blast Track was a working name for a Sonic title.[1]
