Popeye the Sailor Man is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive game based on the franchise of the same name. It was developed by Technos simultaneously with a different Super Nintendo Popeye game (which was released), but cancelled for unknown reasons.
Popeye appeared at Winter CES 1994 and was covered by several publications. No prototypes have been found.
