NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1999--

Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) announced today its publishing line up for this week's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles.

Take-Two is showing games under three publishing labels: Rockstar Games, TalonSoft and Take-Two, all on the Take-Two booth, and also on The Gathering of Developers booth.

Rockstar will be showing for the first time at E3. Titles they are showing are as follows: for the Sony PlayStation: GTA 2(Developed by DMA Design) and Thrasher: Skate & Destroy (Developed by Z-Axis). For the Nintendo 64: Earthworm Jim 3D (Developed by Viz Interactive, and Monster Truck Madness 64, based on the Microsoft franchise, Monster Truck Madness for PC CD-ROM (Developed by Edge of Reality). For the forthcoming Sega Dreamcast, Rockstar is showing two further titles: Max Payne (Developed by Remedy Entertainment and 3D Realms) and Wild Metal Country (Developed by DMA Design). In addition, Rockstar is showing three products for Nintendo's Color Gameboy: KISS Psycho Circus, Evel Knievel and Grand Theft Auto. All of these titles are being developed by Take-Two's Tarantula Studios.

TalonSoft, Take-Two's PC CD-ROM Military Simulation publishing label, will be showcasing three titles: West Front (Developed by TalonSoft), Hidden and Dangerous (Developed by Illusion Software) and Jagged Alliance 2 (Developed by Sirtech).

Take-Two will be showing the following video games published under its own name: In Fisherman's Bass Hunter 64 (Nintendo 64), and Railroad Tycoon 2 (Sony PlayStation) both developed by Take-Two owned studio Gearhead Entertainment, and two further titles for Sony PlayStation: Delphine Software's Darkstone and Spec Ops: Stealth Patrol (Developed by Runecraft). For Nintendo's Color Gameboy, Take-Two is showing Space Station Silicon Valley, Three Lions, Golden Goal (All developed by Tarantula Studios), Centipede, Frogger and Super Breakout (Developed in conjunction with Majesco Inc.). For PC CD-ROM, Take-Two will be publishing Thrust, Twist and Turn (Developed by CARTS Entertainment).

In addition, PC publisher, The Gathering of Developers, whose product is exclusively distributed by Take-Two in North America and co-published in Europe by Take-Two, will be showing 9 titles developed for the PC: Delphine Software's Darkstone; DMA Design's GTA 2; Terminal Reality's Nocturne; Ritual Entertainment's Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. 2; Third Law's KISS Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child; Rune from Human Head Studios and Epic Games; Max Payne from Remedy Entertainment and 3D Realms and Terminal Reality's Fly!, which will also be available for Apple Macintosh. Take-Two owns a 19.9 percent stake in The Gathering of Developers. Rockstar Games will have the exclusive option to publish all video game versions of Gathering's PC offerings for the next five years. Take-Two has granted the Gathering a first and last right of refusal to publish PC products brought to market by Rockstar Games in North America over the next five years.
