NEW YORK--BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2000--

Rockstar Games To Unleash The Grooviest Racing Game Ever On Sega Dreamcast October 2000

Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:TTWO) high end video game publishing division, is pleased to announce Austin Powers: Mojo Rally exclusively for Sega Dreamcast (TM). Austin Powers is the ultimate gentleman spy, irresistible to women, deadly to his enemies, a legend in his own time, and now on Sega Dreamcast. Scheduled for release in October 2000, Austin Powers: Mojo Rally is set to fully exploit the 128-bit mojo of the Sega Dreamcast with its madcap four-player action on fifteen swinging race courses that will make players say "Yeah, Baby, Yeah!"

Developed by Climax's Brighton Studio, Austin Powers: Mojo Rally will feature all the classic Austin Powers characters including Austin himself, Dr.Evil, Number Two, Mini-Me and an overweight Scottish man born out of wedlock - each with their own catchphrases and unique weapons. Each character will also drive their own stylish, customized vehicle, ranging from Austin's Shaguar to Mini-Me's scooter, as they pursue each other through time portals around a selection of fifteen fun and wacky tracks. Set in a variety of Austin Powers' locations including London, Las Vegas, Dr. Evil's Underground Lair, and a reduced gravity Moon level, Austin Powers: Mojo Rally will also feature over 70 minutes of the grooviest soundtrack ever to grace a Dreamcast as well as graphics that are stunning and breathtaking with 640 by 480 pixel resolution that will fully exploit the psychedelic. A phenomenal physics engine, split-screen multi-player action, racing highlights, plus random weather effects (snow, rain, sun, glare, etc), and extravagant doses of mojo all come as standard. Austin Powers: Mojo Rally has single, two, three and four-player action, catering to squares and swingers alike.

"We are extremely excited to bring all the signature humor, style, and wit of the Austin Powers characters and film series to Austin Powers: Mojo Rally," said Sam Houser, president of Rockstar Games. "The power of the Dreamcast will allow us to bring the world of Austin Powers to life in all its shagadelic glory. With its one to four player action, vast selection of characters to choose from, and truly insane racetracks, Austin Powers: Mojo Rally will undoubtedly become the must-have party racing game on the Sega Dreamcast this year. It will be the grooviest racing game ever released."

"It's my happening, baby and it freaks me out!" commented Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery.

Mike Myers wrote, produced and starred in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, reprising the comic roles that turned the original film into a cultural phenomenon. Since May 1997 the Austin Powers franchise has generated more than $550 million in worldwide box office, television and video sales and rentals. In addition, New Line Cinema has shipped more than 10.5 million video and DVD units of Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me to national and local retailers. The home entertainment launch is the largest direct-to-sell-thru video release this year.
