Repulse is a 1985 arcade shoot-'em-up by Sega for Kyugo Hardware. It is a non-scrolling space shoot-'em-up that simulates depth by zooming bullets out as they move away, allowing you to shoot enemies that travel farther back.
Sega also licensed the game to Kyugo and [[]] for release; both renamed it to '99: The Last War. The exact specifics of this licensing is unknown.
