Takeshi Watanabe (渡辺 剛) is a sound composer and programmer originally employed by Winkysoft. He also plays a variety of keyboard instruments, in one instance arranging a piece performed by Cara Jones.

In the 2000s, Watanabe composed the scores for anime series including This Ugly Yet Beautiful World, To Love-Ru, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, Saki, and Ro-Kyu-Bu! as well as various OVAs, vocal themes, and related albums for other series.

During the eighth console generation, Watanabe provided arrangements for Sega titles such as Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure and Sonic Lost World, working with Tomoya Ohtani in both cases.
