Checkers in Tan Tan Tanuki (CHECKERS IN TAN TAN たぬき) is an action game, originally developed and released by Pony for the MSX computers in 1985, only in Japan. It is based on the movie of the same name, that featured The Checkers and was produced by Fuji Television. The game stars Fumiya Fujii as the main character.
Checkers in Tan Tan Tanuki received an unlicensed port for the Sega Master System in South Korea, appearing only in multicarts. It was brought by Prosoft before being converted to the Master System, as a bootleg ROM cartridge of the game for the MSX does exist.
Multicart appearances
