Caribbean Boule (カリビアンブール) is a medal game released by Sega Enterprises, Ltd.
Concept art seems to suggest this was once called Crap Card[3], an unfortunate translation of the dice game, craps.
Sega Logistics Service announced it would end service on Caribbean Boule machines on March 31, 2017.[4][5]
