Dial Q o Mawase!, or Dial Q o Mawase!: Ganso Kyuukyoku Gal 6-nin Adventure Mahjong! (ダイヤルQをまわせ!元祖究極ギャル6人アドベンチャー麻雀!, lit. "Turn It to Dial Q! Ultimate Original 6 Gal Mahjong Adventure!") is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive adult mahjong game developed by Studio Fazzy and published in an unknown publisher. Released in Japan in 1992, the game is most notable for being one of few unlicensed titles exclusive to that country, and for its relatively-higher production values over similar games - particularly in regard to its soundtrack.

Story
Players take the role of a private detective hired by a woman to dig up dirt on her husband. In doing so, he must play his way through a secret underground mahjong club, defeating the various dealers to extract information - and remove successive pieces of their clothing.[1]
Gameplay
Dial Q o Mawase! is a fairly basic simulation of the game of mahjong, with more emphasis placed on the game's hentai artwork than its actual gameplay design. After successfully winning a round against a dealer, she will remove a piece of her clothing. By winning enough rounds, she will remove all her clothes, and present the player with a phone number for tracking down the next lead and playing against the next dealer; the phone number also serves as the player's current password.[1]
