Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom is a arcade beat-'em-up game by Capcom based on the Dungeons & Dragons franchise. Ports were at one point set for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1996, but neither materialised as stand-alone products.

In Japan, the game was finally released on the Saturn some years later as part of Dungeons & Dragons Collection (alongside Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara). It's exactly the same conversion that was planned to be released as a stand-alone game in 1996, hence why it's stripped down to not require the use of a 4MB RAM catridge (which wasn't still available back in 1996) unlike Shadow over Mystara which had been developed with the 4MB RAM expansion in mind.
