Empire Interactive was a British video game publisher which owned the budget Windows PC game labels Xplosiv and Fair Game. Through the former label, they reissued budget versions of many previously released Sega PC titles in Europe. They also were the European publisher of new Sega PC titles since 1999 and until 2004.
