Flagship Co., Ltd. (株式会社フラグシップ) was a Japanese video game development company founded as a joint venture between Capcom, Nintendo, and Sega. Run independently from its funding companies, it was established and operated by Capcom's Yoshiki Okamoto.
In June 2007, the company was absorbed into Capcom.
