Flight-Plan Co., Ltd. (株式会社フライト・プラン) was a Japanese developer founded and headed by former Thinking Rabbit staff Masami Watanabe (渡邉正巳)[1], notable for producing the Summon Night series of role-playing games.[1]
After the release of the commercial failure Summon Night Gran-These in 2010, Flight-Plan's financial situation was no longer sustainable, and the company was declared bankrupt.
Former employess founded Felistella in the same year Flight-Plan closed.
