Gakkou no Kowai Uwasa Hanako-san ga Kita!! (学校のコワイうわさ 花子さんがきた!!) is an adventure game developed and published by Capcom for the Sega Saturn. It is based on the 1994 anime and manga series of the same name (That are based on Hanako-san's Japanese urban legend).

With exception to the voice actors, it is unknown who exactly made the game, since there are no credits in any part of it.
