HeadGames Inc. was an American video development studio active in the early to mid 1990s, most known for producing several games for Sega of America during the heyday of the Sega Genesis.

History
The company was founded in 1993 by former Extended Play staff Jon Miller, Steven Ross, and Mira Ross.
Shortly after the release of X-Men 2: Clone Wars in early 1995, the company was sold to CAPS Software, with a number of staff migrating over.[3][4]
