Jester is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive platform game developed by Sega Technical Institute.[1][2] Once advertised for an April 1994 release date[3], little was ever heard of the project, and while reportedly nearing completion was ultimately cancelled.[4]

Gameplay

Jester would have reportedly featured a clay character that was able to survive even the most deadly attacks embarking on an adventure.[4]

History

Legacy

Sometime around the 2010's, Sega Technical Institute head artist Alan Ackerman posted development material from Jester to his personal blog.[1]
