Kazuyuki Shibata (柴田 和幸) was a graphic designer at Sega, known for his work on the Phantasy Star series under the name Chaotic Kaz.
He is a fan of table top RPG miniatures, referencing them for the monsters designs in Phantasy Star.[1] He has also sculpted miniatures himself, such as one of Nei from Phantasy Star II which is owned by Tokuhiko Uwabo.[2]
