Kenichi Hokari (穂苅 健一) is a chief developer and programmer at Sega of Japan. He was the lead programmer for most games developed by Team Shinobi, including Shinobi, Altered Beast and Golden Axe[2]. He left Sega sometime after the release of Baku Baku Animal, programming QuoVadis 2: Wakusei Kyoushuu Ovan Rei for Glams.
