Madou Monogatari 1-2-3 (魔導物語1-2-3) is a role-playing game developed and published by Compile for the MSX2 computers in July 1990. The game was released exclusively in floppy disk format, including 5 disks in the box (3 for each chapter, 1 being an utility disk and the final being an "user" disk). All chapters included in the box focuses in the adventures of an unnamed girl (which would later be named Arle Nadja in future titles) dealing with multiple situations in her life over time. The games themselves are presented as dungeon crawlers, where players also must be afraid of traps in it, such as one-way doors.

While all titles would be later ported to Sega Game Gear by Compile years later, the MSX2 version of Madou Monogatari 1-2-3 was re-released on Project EGG by D4 Enterprise in 2023 with permission of Sega to use the character rights, shortly after the PC-9801 version. Due to the amount of "disks" (the games are treated as individual entries, just like the Game Gear versions) sold into one package, it is not sold at the conventional price from other games available in the platform.

One of the game's playable demos, Madou Monogatari 1-2-3 PRV: Madou Monogatari Ondo: M. Jackson mo Bikkuri, was re-released as an paid demo in 2024 by D4 Enterprise on Project EGG as well.
