Masaki Kawahori (川堀 昌樹) spent 12 years at Sega of Japan as a software development, including working on educational software, game software, and system development.
He then spent another 12 years working at Microsoft Japan's technical support department. Since July 2012, he has become a freelance career consultant across Japan.[3]
