Morikuni Kubo (久保 盛国) is a former developer at Sega Enterprises. Patents show that he has been involved with a UFO Catcher model[1] in 1992 (alongside Kazuhisa Wakatsuki), a satellite navigation terminal[2] and a voice virtual localization system[3] in 1993 (the latter with 北原 篤), and a data input device[4] and a a theme park (most likely Yokohama Joypolis) in 1994[5].
