Noboru Hotta (堀田 昇) is a former director at United Game Artists. He was part of the art unit MEM, which also consisted of Yasuhiko Matsuzaki and Jun Kobayashi, the latter of whom invited Hotta to work at UGA.[6] He has since worked for some of UGA's successor companies Q Entertainment and Grounding.
