Out of Bounds was a promotional comic funded by Sega of America which was printed in the sports section of the newspaper USA Today during the mid-1990s.
The comic was designed to advertise Sega Sports games for the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Saturn, with the cartoons being penned externally by artists such as Daryl Cagle. It is not known how long this comic ran for; it is thought to have been published weekly as a long, thin section topping the main sports page.
