REDMOND, Wash., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Sega Saturn(TM) and InfoSpace, Inc. today announced an agreement under which InfoSpace's award winning directories will be integrated with Sega Saturn's NetLink that turns the Sega Saturn video game console into a TV-based Internet access device. InfoSpace is the only directory service that has yellow pages that provide detailed business information nationwide, white pages, company web sites, toll-free numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and local city information including weather, traffic, apartments and much more. InfoSpace's directories can be seen at http://www.infospace.com and http://www.sega.com. "Our partnerships with leading companies like Sega reaffirms the fact that InfoSpace is the number one choice for finding information about businesses and people," said Naveen Jain, president of InfoSpace. "Sega Saturn is already a popular home entertainment device. Now, people will also be able to enjoy seamless access to InfoSpace's award winning services." Sega Saturn Net Link users can access the directories via the "What's New" pages or by clicking on the "Locator" button available with 3.0 version of the Net Link browser. The service is available free of charge to all Sega Saturn Net Link owners. The Sega Saturn Net Link combines two consumer entertainment products in one: an advanced 32-bit CD-based video game system and a 28.8Kbps modem providing full Internet functionality for email and Web surfing. It is the only affordably priced TV Internet product offering a hybrid of CD drives functionality combined with Internet access.
